It's so very important to me that you feel respected, seen, valued and heard for your values, feelings and interpretations of life. As a couple's and life coach based in Flagstaff, I am dedicated to helping you bring your relationships and life to the next level!! There are times in life when we may feel a bit lost, confused or wondering if we are heading in the right direction, sometimes we just feel stuck in patterns and are unsure how to shift them. Our intimate relationship may feel disconnected, like we are just going through the motions. I am happy to assist you in your relationship or as an individual and give you some extra tools to transform these challenges. I look forward to hearing from you! Life coaching aims to draw out a person’s potential rather than using targets and knowledge from the outside. It develops rather than imposes. It reflects rather than directs. Effective life coaching or personal coaching is a form of change facilitation. The life coaching I offer is responsive and flexible – it allows for personal transformation on an individual basis as well as in your relationship. Non-judgmental, curious. My purpose is to guide you to your own wisdom and help you build your confidence.
Life Coaching and Couple's Coaching sessions are offered on a sliding fee scale basis of $122-$222 based on your budget.
